Its the track "I gotta feeling" and thats not bad...but other than that... fire ass mixtape... I personally like... "Watch my shoes"...its that type of shit that make u be like damn "he really is the best rapper alive" but shit... listen for ya self....

Me personally, I thought Wayne had too much money to ever go to jail, I thought he was gone pay his way out of it, but I guess nobody can escape NY gun charges cause Plaxico got 2 years for shooting HISSELF. So now they then got basically everybody From T.I, Gucci, Boosie and now Wayne. Its looking like Gucci gone really take over the rap game with Wayne going in. I BET that Wayne sell a milli again just off this though. I think this jail term gone turn Wayne into the best rapper ever when he come out. 2 Sides to the Story?

If yall haven't heard it, Jeezy just dropped a HARD new song off of Thug Motivation 103 called Trap or Die 2. Now I been a fan of both Jeezy and Gucci for awhile now, so I know all about they history or whatever. I was surprised to see that it was produced by Zaytoven, whos been Gucci's producer from the get go. I think Zaytoven just sees it as an opportunity to get money by working with Jeezy, who we all know is a platinum status rapper(and by the way Zay produced the hit "So Icey" which had BOTH Jeezy and Gucci on it) . On the other hand, I think Jeezy reached out to Zaytoven as a way to get back at Gucci, who just dropped a mixtape with Drama. In my opinion, I feel like Gucci got the game on lock right now and I also feel like Gucci got the upperhand in the beef. Regardless I'm just gone see how the situation plays out and listen to both of them. Even though it probably won't ever happen, I think Jeezy and Gucci need to drop the beef and make another song together, it probably won't happen cause of what then already happened in the past. What yall think? BTW I'm just founding out Gucci dropped some more mixtapes so Imma try to get some links.

Good news from Cash Money

Good news for all the Lil Wayne/Cash Moneys fans out there, in this interview Birdman says that Tha Carter IV/Rebirth and Young Money album are all suppose to be dropping on December 15th and to expect an album from Drake in early 2010. Wayne just might do a milli again this time around.

So Ready to Shyne Again

Shyne is finally a free man, after serving 10 years for a club shooting incident in 1999. Right now the US immigration enforcement got him in custody, trying to deport him back to his hometown, Belize because they saying he violated some immigration law. Hopefully his lawyer get that situation smoothed out ASAP. Regardless of that, he did the dirt and the time for Diddy, so its only right that Diddy make sure that Shyne lives good for the rest of his life. Its good knowing that he gets to reunite with his fam. Shyne was rising to the top of the rap game when he went it and obviously has a lot to talk about now so hopefully we get to hear another album from him. For all of yall who haven’t heard Trey Songz new album Ready yall are really missing out. Songz Ready has the potential to take his music career to new heights. The album is consistent throughout with songs for every mood imaginable. The release of the second single off the album “LOL ” has given the album a well needed boost. Tracks like “Jupiter Love” and “Neighbors Know My Name” just to name a few give the listener that classic “In the middle” feel. The ladies will definitely love the album so fellas you better be READY !

The buzz in the entertainment world this week was definitely the wedding of Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom. For all that speculated that the relationship was a publicity stunt I guess you were wrong. The wedding was full of celebs including Kobe and Vanessa, Lala Vasquez, Gary Payton, Baron Davis, and many more. We will see how long this last!


The month of October will bring the release of the Jordan 12 Rising Sun. Jordan Connoisseurs like me are really waiting on the release of the Jordan 11 Space Jams in December but the Rising Suns should be able to hold us over until then. The Rising Suns are due to be released this month but no date has been announced. The shoe will be a limited release and will run about $150.

This week I also had the opportunity to catch a glance of the new HTC Hero. The HTC Hero is the Sprint version of the T-Mobile G2 Touch. The HTC Hero is perfect for those who value the ability to customize their phone. The HTC Hero will introduce the Android software and will definitely be a hit in the technology world. The HTC Hero is set to be released October 11th 2009.


Last week the media released a video of the beating death of a 17 year old honor student from Chicago. Yesterday charges were filed against four of the suspects in the murder. The murder of this student was witnessed by at least 20 others. The tragic death of this student has sparked outrage throughout the country including in the hip hop community. Statements from both Nas and Bow Wow were released on the incident. Both artist condemn this senseless act of violence and call on the black community to put an end to violent acts like this.
